As glad as I am that the Supreme court stepped up and did the right thing I have to wonder what next? Will it be shot down by some proposition 8 type maneuver? or will it spark court battles all over these untied states.

All I know is this shouldn't be about yelling and being right and wrong. All these people want is the same chance we get to love each other in a relationship that is recognized the world over. There was a time when marriage was defined as marriage between a white man and a white woman, lets not forget.

Unfortunately lots of people forget or don't care, and lot of those who do care sit on their asses and don't do anything. It takes 5 minutes to e-mail your congress man or women and say "don't you dare take away these people's civil rights or I will never vote for you again!" yet I get strange looks when I suggest writing to a congress person. Yes I know they don't read these letters, that's what aids are for. But if enough letters come in the aids eventually mention it to the congress person.

Really all it seems like I can do is rail at people to get out there and do something, anything. It's like roaring at a metaphorical Conservative brick wall. I'm liking this law school option more and more. Listen to me roar now bitches. In court. Yes.
